CASE STUDY
In the first meeting, the topic was decided upon, which was teenage boys with alcohol addiction. In the second meeting, tasks were given out, and I looked at the local and national organisations that give support to people who have alcohol problems. I contributed that the higher class people are able to afford the costs for private treatment, whereas lower class people cannot afford to pay for private treatments unless they have families with money who can help them to pay for such services. In the third meeting, a decision was made to form a drop-in centre that would help people with alcohol addiction. There were points of dispute in this meeting, and one colleague dominated. I then felt as though I was not part of the meeting. The final meeting was successful, every group member gave a positive response, and this led to producing a good presentation.
