References must consist of at least eight (8) professional, peer-reviewed journal articles not dated more than three (3) years from publication.

We have to write about 5 theories. The 3 theories that the professor requested are the following:
1.Psychoanalysis
2. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
3. Person-Centered
I would like for the other two to be Solution-Focused Therapy and Existential Therapy.
My favorite theory is Solution-Focused Therapy
