This assignment introduces you to the literature and history of research in the broad field of organizational behavior (you will start focusing on the particular “global” elements of organizational behavior in Week 2). Scan the literature on organizational behavior and create a presentation for a group of MBA students that presents the definition of organizational behavior, characteristics of the field, and the historical development of research in this field. Then, conclude with some discussion of the importance of the field of organizational behavior given some recent trends in the workplace. Your presentation should include:
