The continuity of moral evaluation and behaviour across the moral development of individual children

I’d like to make a proposal establishing whether there is within-individual continuity for moral evaluation and behaviour across the moral development from infancy through childhood. Please see the last paragraph of the attached paper for more details. The proposal is 3000 words but I don’t know if I can pay for a full write up. If I paid for 1500 or 1000 words how would that effect the proposal? Do you offer something like a plan or an outline? If you could provide me with a review of the relevant literature and an outline of the research proposal design so I can write it up fully myself would that work? I’m not sure how many sources should be cited, around 15-20 I think will be fine.
