that summarize the main point(s) of the source. Do not use quotations. Summaries that are not in your own words will not be graded and may be reported to the dean’s office for action if they appear to be plagiarized
THIS IS MY SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN TOPIC ( I’LL BE FOCUSING ON TEENS BETWEEN THE AGE 20-30)
The population that I was interested by doing my research are teenagers.
Alcohol is widely used by young people. Binge drinking, drink driving, and unsafe sex can all result from misuse of alcohol.
Alcohol is generally considered to be socially acceptable drug, yet it is responsible for most drug related deaths in the teenage population. Alcohol use also has variety of serious health risk. Young people are at greater risk of alcohol related harm than adults. As the brain keeps developing into your mid-twenties, drinking alcohol as a teenager can greatly increase the risk of damage to the developing brain. It can also lead to alcohol later in life.
Drinking and driving are leading cause of death for young adults. In 2016 29 young drivers lost their lives on Victorians roads, and 62 percent were involved in crashes that occurred at high alcohol times.
The social media campaign strategy I will use is snapchat and Instagram, every teenager has an account in both of those social media and they’re the fasting growing social media platform worldwide they communicate with friends and such on there they spent more than half of the day on those platforms. The best strategy for me to help teens through social media by disallowing any social media use uploading photos and videos of drug use or any kind of violent act on this site and put age restriction through social media.
