2. Complete the sleep logs for any 3 consecutive days: Sleep Log (attached)
3. Write a 3 page paper that includes the following:
a. A brief summary of the main findings of the two research articles.
b. After looking over your personal 3 day sleep logs, describe any similarities or differences that you notice regarding the findings of the 2 research articles compared to your own personal sleep and stress experiences over the 3 day period. Do you notice an association between your quantity and/or quality of sleep and your levels of stress? To what extent do you think this is attributable to outside stressors (e.g., exams; family conflict; other responsibilities)?
c. A discussion of how the findings contained in the research articles and the things you noticed in your personal sleep logs relate to adolescent sleep and stress. Are there ways in which the association between sleep and stress in your life may be similar/different than that for adolescents?
