Labor Legislation Presentation: Pregnancy Discrimination Act

In Module 1, we selected one piece of protective labor legislation to study and the one I selected is “Pregnancy Discrimination Act” and now we need to prepare a PowerPoint presentation on that piece of legislation that:
1) defines the one I chose
2) explains the background of the law (the civil issues that culminated in its passage)
3) the intention of the law
4)its basic provisions,
5) and impact on an organization’s compensation structure/system or specific components of the compensation system.
The presentation should be between 7 and 10 slides in length, not including title slide and reference slide.
