Impact of misplacement of ECG leads on patient safety

I require a 2000 word essay which should focus on patient safety for my chosen topic. It has to be a re-write of previous attempts and using Vancouver references. I would require this to be done by a medical professional (Doctor, Nurse or Physician Associate) from the UK who understands the NHS, and the submission date is 5th Jan 2023, but ideally would want done in next 3-4 weeks for checking etc. I have attached the rubric which explains all of the instructions and guidance for the essay as well as sections which we need to focus on and how the marks are given and weighed out. The pass rate is at least 50%. My first and second sittings were 43% and 46.5% respectively. This is my final attempt and would require of high quality please as this will effect my progression in my Physician Associates course. My first and second sittings were previously done by the company Fiver, unfortunately I had to make a lot of changes (to second one) as they misquoted alot of the references and did not focus that much on patient safety. However, even though i made changes it wasnt enough to pass as the examiners wanted a complete re-write. please can you ensure the new essay is a complete re-write. Please feel free to use references from previous sittings but also if you can find more references and different ones as well but reference MUST NOT BE OLDER THAN 2010, but please try using references as up-to date as possible. You can use 25-30 references. I have also attached another students essay as a guide as they scored 86% (different topic) so you can see what they are after. Please remember this main focus of the essay is on patient safety as in my previous attempts (especially first) I talked a lot on the technical/practical aspects of the case.
