Foreign Policy Position Paper

My professor has asked us to formulate a position paper on a topic in foreign policy. The topic that was assigned to me was TOPIC 4 “Should the US prioritize the security aspects of the melting arctic in its climate change policies” the writer should formulate a paper either agreeing or disagreeing with the topic stated above. The paper however must be formulated using a perspective role, for example if you choose a CIA director perspective the paper should be formatted as a ‘presidential daily brief report’ etc. I have included the guidelines for the paper, at the bottom of the guidelines you could find the list of perspectives that could be used to formulate a briefing paper, magazine, defense department or etc the writer may choose as he pleases as long as the paper is formatted as a fictional perspective. Please be sure to include your position at the top of the paper whether you agree or disagree as well as the perspective and type of paper you are writing. Please cite all sources and include citations for any work outside of your own.
