CAREER COUNSELLING AND PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT
The purpose of this assignment is to enhance learner’s ability to develop and demonstrate an understanding the concepts in career guidance, counseling, and personnel development.
REQUIREMENT:
Each student needs to know or identify various career development theories and decision–making models.
Based on the above statement, answer the following questions:
1. Discuss your career autobiography from your earliest recollections (when you fantasized about played work) through your present-day experience. Discuss how you made your career decisions and who influenced your opinions and choices. The autobiography must be between 1000 – 1500 words.
2. Search TWO journal articles related to career counseling and personnel development. Those articles must be related to the Asian population or samples and have been published since the year 2010 and onwards. Answer the following questions once you have downloaded and read the articles. You need to enclose both articles together with your article reviews. Conclude each critical review with a brief statement of your evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of the article. Both article reviews must be between 3000 – 3500 words only.
