Digital trainers who participated in online courses before were more competent and portrayed a positive attitude. Although adult education helps to sharpen the skills of the adult learners, time requirement and cost of tuition has major challenges that prevent these learners from accomplishing their goals. Adult learners also have other commitments such as jobs and family that they have to take care of, thus complicating their schedules.
